2. Pricing & Transparent Rates

All charges are communicated transparently before hookup or service execution. Payment is due upon completion of roadside service or delivery to the authorized destination via accepted major payment methods.

3. Safety Protocols

For personal safety during highway or shoulder incidents, passengers are advised to wait in designated safe zones behind guardrails as instructed by our licensed recovery specialists.
